You Cannot Reset Your Account

There is no way to reset an account in Zenless Zone Zero (ZZZ). This means that you cannot reset your game progress using the same account or email.

But, if you are playing ZZZ on multiple devices, you can transfer data by logging in with the same email address as the account you are currently playing.

Create a New Account to Restart Your Progress
