How to Level-Up Agent Trust

Participate in Trust Events

Currently, the only way to increase a character's Trust Level is to do one of their Trust Events. Once that's completed, their Trust Level will go up and you'll unlock new Agent Intel and Rewards!

Note that it's also possible for Trust Levels to go down, so be careful when interacting with them!

Need to Have the Character Unlocked to Get Their Trust Event

If you want to get a character's Trust Event, you'll need to pull them from a Signal Search. As an example, if you don't have Nekomata as one of your unlocked Agents, you can't participate in her Trust Event.

How to Unlock Trust Events

Complete "Anby's Problem"

To unlock Trust Events for every Agent, you'll first need to complete the "Anby's Problem" Commission. This requires you to have completed Chapter 2 - Interlude of the Main Questline.

Certain Agents Have Additional Requirements

Some agents have additional requirements, like Nekomata requiring "Cat and Mouse Game" to be completed. Make sure that you complete the Agent's Story to unlock their Trust Event.

Can View Available Events in the Fast Travel Screen

You can view which Trust Events are available by looking at the Fast Travel Menu. Towards the bottom of the screen, there will be a display showing which Agents are in the area!

If no agents are appearing, make sure to complete their videotape request upon reaching Friendly rank so they can appear more frequently.

New Agent Intel

Once you reach certain Trust thresholds with an Agent, you will unlock new Intel about them! This is the only way to learn more about an Agent while playing in-game.

Promoter for Your Store

Once you get to Trust Lv. 2 you unlock a side mission where the Agent will ask you for a videotape. Once you complete their commission, you'll unlock them as a Promoter for Random Play!

Exclusive Resonia for Hollow Zero

Once you reach Trust Lv. 3 you will unlock an exclusive Resonia that can only be selected when you have that Agent in your Hollow Zero party. Unfortunately, we're still in the process of investigating Resonia, so check back later to see what each Agent's Resonia does!

Dynamic Wallpapers

Once you reach Trust Lv. 4 with an Agent, you will unlock their Dynamic Wallpaper. These are the animated backgrounds that you see when the Main Menu is open.

How to Check Agent Trust Level

Open the Partner Archive

If you want to check an Agent's Trust Level, you can do so by interacting with your Workbench and opening the Partner Archive. You can then check each Faction to easily search for the Agent you're looking for.

Click on Their Profile in the Agent Screen

You can also check Trust Levels by clicking on an Agent's profile button while you're in the Agents screen. However, you'll need to have their profile unlocked first, like being far enough into Chapter 2 to get Belobog Industries' Agent profiles.
