The HIA Club is physically located in Lumina Square. By fast traveling to Lumina Square's Pedestrian Area, players can find the HIA Club building on their left.
The HIA Club is home to the Combat Simulation and Expert Challenge stages. These are stages that the player can farm for materials to strengthen their Agents.
The Coff Cafe chain has a store open at Lumina Square. Players can order coffee once a day to boost a specific item's drop rates, as well as get some Battery Charge to use.
The noodle shop Waterfall Soup also has a branch in Lumina Square. The store in this area is run by the NPC Chop Junior, but it functions similarly to the branch back at Sixth Street.
Players can view and order from the shop's list of Ramen bowls that will grant their Agents buffs for the next few combats when eaten. Note that you cannot replace the effects of a Ramen order until it expires.
There is also a News Stand present at Lumina Square. The NPC managing it is called Eve, but the features that it offers are similar to Howl's News Stand on Sixth Street.
Players are also able to claim a daily scratch card and view recent in-game events by interacting with Eve at the News Stand.
The 141 Convenience Store has a Lumina Square branch, which works the same way as the Sixth Street branch does. Players can use their Denny to buy various materials that they can use to grow stronger.
The Sage in a Barrel also appears at Lumina Square, beside the HIA Club's building. Trade in HIA Commemorative Coins to this NPC to be rewarded for your efforts!

Lumina Square has its own Metro Station that can be used to move across different in-game areas. Interacting with the train platform doors here will open the Fast Travel Menu.
After reaching Inter-Knot Level 30 and progressing the story further, players will be tasked with visiting Lumina Square. Once Lumina Square has been unlocked, players can find it in the list of the Fast Travel options.
The Business Car in the Random Play Video Store Parking Lot can be interacted with to also bring up the Fast Travel Menu.
Going into the Metro Station and interacting with the train platform doors will also allow the player to access the Fast Travel Menu.
