The Missing Witness can be unlocked after completing the A Wonderful Day in the Hollow commission.

- Track Perlman in the Hollow
- Defeat the Ambushing Enemies
- Complete the Data Relink Puzzle
- Head to the Second Contact Point
- Escape the Building
- Rescue Perlman
- Defeat the Final Boss
Track Perlman in the Hollow
After arriving inside the Hollow, follow the quest marker to track down Perlman. Be careful and dodge the active mechanisms traps on the way!
Collect the First Mini Cargo Truck
Collect the first Mini Cargo Truck downstairs after getting past the first laser mechanism.
Defeat the Ambushing Enemies
As you continue following the quest marker, defeat any ambushing enemies you come across.
Complete the Data Relink Puzzle
Upon arriving at the Rendezvous point, interact with the Contact Point and solve the Data Relink Puzzle to hack it.
Once the Spatial Fissure appears, interact with it to head to the next area.
Head to the Second Contact Point
After jumping out of the fissure, continue following the quest marker to the second Contact Point.
Hack in again by completing the second Data Relink puzzle.
Escape the Building
Upon accidentally triggering explosives, find a way to escape the building while defeating enemies that block your way.
Collect the Second Mini Cargo Truck
The second Mini Cargo Truck can be found beside an exhibit of the Ballet Twins, after defeating the second wave of enemies.
Rescue Perlman
Perlman can be found alone beside the Ballet Twin's counter. Rescue and interact with Perlman before continuing your escape.
Collect the Third Mini Cargo Truck
The third Mini Cargo Truck can be found shortly after Perlman is rescued. It can be found beside furniture and couches upstairs.
Defeat the Final Boss
Complete the commission by defeating the final boss of the stage.

It has something to do with the 2 shield guys who ambush you around the corner after the first mini boss. The path should open to the right with coins leading you to the cargo, but if you do something wrong it will open the left path instead. The best part, you can see this cargo from the very start of the level. Walk forward after loading and look to the left. Its on the other side of the building.
