How to Unlock Ballet Twins Road
Start Chapter 3 of the Main Story
Upon starting the events of Chapter 3, players will be tasked with heading to the Ballet Twins Road to meet with the Victoria Housekeeping group.

Officer Mewmew also appears in the Ballet Twins Road area. As it is with each location they appear in, they have a set of Mewmew Medals unique to the Ballet Twins Road for players to collect.

Find Missing Mini Cargo Trucks
The Ballet Twins Road is home to several Missing Mini Cargo Trucks. Finding all of these trucks will earn the player a Medal from Officer Mewmew, as well as other valuable rewards.

Look for HIA Commemorative Coins
There are also hidden HIA Commemorative Coins in the Ballet Twins Road area. Collecting all of the coins here will also provide the player with another Officer Mewmew Medal. Players can also give these coins to the Sage in a Barrel for rewards.

Access From the Map Menu
After unlocking the Ballet Twins Road, players will be able to find it among the options in the Map Menu. Select the map, head to Quick Nav, then choose Ballet Twins Road and teleport to either Officer Mewmew or Plaza Walkway.

Business Car in the Random Play Parking Lot
Interacting with the Business Car in the Random Play Video Store Parking Lot will bring up the Fast Travel Menu as well.
Enter Any Metro Station
Going into any Metro Station and interacting with the train platform doors will also allow the player to access the Fast Travel Menu.
