You can get additional rewards, mostly Polychromes, when you unlock a certain number of new Resonia, Corruption, Special Areas, and Lost Items. You can get the rewards by talking to Ray near Hollow Zero.
Investigation License rewards range from Bangboo Ascension Materials, Inter-Knot Credits, Polychromes, Bangboo Cores, and Dennies.
Completing Bounty Commissions will reward you Z-Merits that you can use in Casper's Shop to purchase valuable items, such as Master Tapes and Boopons.
Bounty Commissions also have other rewards such as Inter-Knot Credits, Polychromes, and Dennies!
In Hollow Zero, navigating the floors will earn you various types of Resonia which buff your Agents and help them defeat your opponents, including the boss at the end of the exploration.
Also, obtaining Resonia of the same type will allow them to join together and become one which makes them more powerful.
Resonia Kits are a set of Resonia you have collected in the Withering Garden, may it be through Exploration Mode or Blitz Mode.
After each run in the Withering Garden, the game will ask you if you would like to retain the current collected Resonia as a Resonia Kit for Inferno Reap. Should you wish to do so, simply hit confirm.
When it comes to collecting Resonia for Inferno Reap, it's recommended that Proxies do so in Exploration Mode as opposed to Blitz Mode. The reason for this is that at most, you can only get 16-18 Resonia in the latter.
However, when exploring the Withering Garden manually, you will have access to multiple sources of Resonia, from Bangboo Merchants to event tiles. You may even keep Artifice Resonia in your kits, which can come in quite handy!
Character Trust can grant Proxies Affinity Resonia.
Once a character's Trust reaches a certain level, these Resonia are aligned with their gameplay and will become available in Hollow Zero. Be sure to invite your Agents for hangouts regularly by sending them DMs!
How to Increase Agent Trust Level
Through board events, you can also get Support Bangboos. These Bangboos will give boosts like bonus elemental damage, Crit Damage, Crit Rate, or energy regen buff.
These Bangboos are your normal Combat Bangboos, except they cannot join in Chain Attacks or use their Chain Attack skills.
Withered Crystals are rewards you earn from exploring Hollow Zero. You use this to unlock nodes in your Combat Configuration, which will allow you to gain various mods and benefits during your missions.
Completely unlocking smaller nodes around larger nodes will unlock them, which provides massive buffs in Hollow Zero.
There are three types of Withered Crystals: Heaven's Azure. Ink-Yellow, and Iron Red. Each node in Combat Configuration will require different types of crystals.

In Hollow Zero, every step on the untouched tiles on the board generates 10 Pressure by default. When Pressure reaches 100, a random Corruption will appear and Pressure will be cleared. Corruption can have negative effects on both combat and exploration.
You may remove Corruption through events on the board or by using the Observation Station scattered in each floor of the stage.
Max Corruption (purple Corruption) is a specific buff for the final boss of the stage. You can get the Max Corruption after obtaining and keeping five total Corruptions in your current run.
You should remove this before reaching the final exit, as you might get defeated by the boss and not get all the rewards of the stage!
You start with only one Agent in Hollow Zero, so make sure to deploy your best DPS Agent since they will be exploring alone at first. You then have to find the other characters you have set through events on the board.
Also, you start with only three Agent slots but you will be able to unlock more eventually.
Hollow Zero currently has five zones, with each zone having multiple stages: Edge, Frontline, Interior, Heartland, and Core. Some zones have five stages while others have three or four stages. It varies depending on the zone.
The Difficulty of each stage can range from Difficulty I to Difficulty V. Exploring zones give you Investigation Points and materials you can use to upgrade your Investigation License and Combat Configuration.
The higher the difficulty, the more Investigation Points and materials you get.
To unlock other Zones in Hollow Zero, you must first complete the Qualification Assessment Zone. This stage is initially unlocked and will be the first Zone you tackle.
Qualification Assessment Guide
Exploring Hollow Zero gives you Investigation Points which you can use to raise the level of your Investigation License. There is a limit to how many points you can earn per week. This limit increases as you level up your License.
Leveling up your Investigation License will net you various rewards and also increase the weekly limit of Investigation Points you can earn through exploration.
The maximum level for the Investigation License is until Level 60.
Aside from the Investigation License and Combat Configuration, Hollow Zero also has Bounty Commissions. These are time-limited commissions that give you rewards upon completion and refresh weekly.
The tasks for each Bounty Commission are random and the rewards also change every reset.

You do hit a limit on Z-Merits. In the safe zone, they'll be greyed out once you hit that limit. I've been grinding Hollow Zero too much this week lol
