You can use your Bangbucks to purchase Boopons over in the Bangbuck tab in the Signal Shop. 1 Boopon will cost you 20 to 40 Bangbucks, depending on how many Boopons you have purchased in a month.

The Signal Shop can be located by choosing the store option in the menu.

You Can Use Your Boopons to Pull in the Bangboo Banner

You can then use your Boopons to pull for your favorite Bangboos on the permanent Bangboo Banner. You can select which Bangboo you like to pull for by selecting the S-Rank Bangboo option on the lower right corner of the banner.
