Passively Gain Dennies

The Random Play Video Store can be opened daily, and will reset after every real-time day. Upon being opened for business, it will passively gain Dennies for the player as time passes. The money earned can be claimed the following day.

Manage the Store's Display

Before opening the store, you must choose three videotapes to put on display. Both matching the listed genres for the day and using higher-level films will increase the amount of Denny gained.

Appoint a Store Promoter

You can also appoint a Promoter for the day. Each promoter has their own bonuses when manning the business that will help earn more Dennies.

Agents may even be unlocked as promoters after fulfilling certain requirements! These requirements include raising their Trust Level, as well as owning a specific videotape of their request.

Respond to Customer Inquiries

Sometimes, a customer may appear at the front desk to look for a recommendation to watch. Successfully recommending a videotape that fits their request will net you bonus rewards!

How to Upgrade the Random Play Video Store

Progress Through the Main Story

The Random Play Video Store can also level-up as the player goes through the Main Story, to a maximum level of 6.

The Store Details lists the required conditions for increasing the store's level. These requirements have to do with your Inter-Knot Level, as well as story progression.

Earn Bonuses from Leveling Up

Increasing the store's level also increases its popularity, and the amount of customers the store attracts. By attracting more customers to visit, players are able to gain an increase in the store's revenue!

As the player's home base, Random Play is also the location of several useful functions that you may continuously make use of while playing the game.

HDD System	The Hollow Deep Dive System, or HDD System, is where players will enter the Hollow to do commissions.
Workbench	The Workbench serves as a database for important gameplay information, including info on Agents, Enemies, and more.
Video Archive	Players can review story cutscenes and access Agent Stories by interacting with the Video Archive.
Errands	The daily Errands can be viewed from this notebook in the Staff Room of Random Play.
VR Device	The VR Device contains combat training stages to help players improve their skills.
Sofa	Players can rest on the Sofa once a day to advance the time by one stage.
Business Car	The Business Car in the Random Play Parking Lot will bring up the Fast Travel Menu when interacted with.
Memory Board	Players can access the Memory Board in their room to customize it with photos of their adventures.
Loudspeaker	The Loudspeaker is also in the player's room, and allows them to listen to the game's soundtrack.
