Qingyi is a great Electric Stun agent that can increase the Stun DMG Multiplier of the Stunned enemy.
While Qingyi's Daze is a bit weaker compared to most Stun agents, she makes up for it with a decent amount of DMG and can help your DPS deal more DMG to stunned enemies.

This build helps Qingyi inflict as much Daze as possible to easily Stun the enemy while also giving her some Energy Regen to access her EX Special Attack easily. Impact is Qingyi's most important stat since it helps her Stun the enemy as fast as possible.

Ice-Jade Teapot is Qingyi's best W-Engine since her multiple-hit Basic Attacks can provide her with a lot of Impact. This also increases the DMG of your other party members, so this combined with Qingyi's ability to increase the Stun multiplier can help your DPS dish out a lot of damage to the enemy.

Core Passive - Eternal Seasons
When Qingyi lands a Finishing Move on an enemy with her Basic Attack: Enchanted Moonlit Blossoms, it applies 5 stacks of Subjugation to the enemy, stacking up to 20 times. Each stack of Subjugation increases the target's Stun DMG Multiplier by 1.5%. For each rush attack performed during Basic Attack: Enchanted Moonlit Blossoms, the Finishing Move will apply an extra stack of Subjugation. If Perfect Dodge is triggered when using Finishing Move, it directly applies 10 stacks of Subjugation. When applying Subjugation to normal or elite enemies, the target receives double the stacks. When the target recovers from being Stunned, the corresponding stacks of Subjugation are reset. |

For every 1% of Flash Connect Voltage consumed over 75%, her Damage and Daze inflicted by this skill will be increased by 1%/0.5%. Qingyi can fit in a lot of teams since her Additional Ability will activate if there is an Attack Agent in the team. Also, the Additional Ability will also activate if a Special Response Team member is part of the team!
If Qingyi's Additional Ability is active, her Basic Attack deals increased Daze. Also, if her Impact stat is greater than 120 points, her ATK will get an increase. Her ATK will stop increasing after 600 Impact points.
When Qingyi uses attacks that deal Electric DMG, she will accumulate Flash Connect Voltage. When Flash Connect Voltage is at least 75%, this enables Qingyi to enter the Flash Connect State.
After entering the Flash Connect State, Qingyi gains an enhanced Basic Attack called Enchanted Moonlit Blossoms. The enhanced move allows Qingyi to launch up to five consecutive Rush Attacks and then a Finishing Move.
The Finishing Move inflicts a certain amount of Subjugation stacks to an enemy, up to 20 stacks. A stack of Subjugation increases the enemy's Stun DMG Multiplier.
When using Qingyi's enhanced Basic Attack, you can trigger the Finishing Move early by releasing the Basic Attack button. But, an extra stack of Subjugation will be added to the Finishing Move for each Rush Attack that Qingyi executes!
When mashing Qingyi's 3rd Basic Attack, a blue spark will appear after a short period of time. Release the Basic Attack button after the blue spark appears to unleash a Finishing Move.
Qingyi's Ultimate allows her to deal massive AoE Electric DMG in front of Qingyi. Her Ultimate also ends with her using a Finishing Move!

OP here with update: Thanks for the extra lil feedback to those who replied. I decided to go ahead and pull her and have no regrets. Anby was my only stunner so having Qingyi felt like such an upgrade. Luckily for me, I had a god rolled shockstar set that I was able to move to her and a Restrained w engine. No regrets! She is certainly nutty

You guys might want to update the amount of chips required for each lvl up, does not make sense when level 4 to 5 is 8, and then the numbers become mixed, when 4 to 5 is only 3 advanced chips, 5 to 6 is 4 chips, and so on so forth. Please double check and or update the guides to be accurate.
