Belobog Heavy Industries is an industrial group in New Eridu that specializes in any and all manner of construction. Whether it be renovations, demolitions, or founding new establishments, Belobog Heavy Industries is the current leading group to call to handle them.
Belobog Heavy Industries, with the help of smart machines, also specialize in construction within and near Hollows, often using suppiles located within them to further reinforce the structure of their buildings.
A perfect example would be in the Season 1 Chapter 2 main commission, A Call From the Hollow's Heart, where they were tasked in taking over the renovation of the metro station near the Cretan Hollow after the Cunning Hares forced Vision Corporation to pull out of it.
Season 1 Chapter 2 Quest Guide

One notable expertise Belobog Heavy Industries brandishes is its specialty over creating and utilizing smart machines for construction.
Such smart machines are built with emotions apart from intelligence, and are specifically designed for construction with maximum efficiency and high resistance to Ether corruption.
Notable smart machines created by Belobog Heavy Industries are Hans, Greta, and Friday.

Vision Corporation was a major construction company under the jurisdiction of the TOPS Alliance, and were backed with significant resources and funds. Hence, they always went toe to toe with Belobog Heavy Industries when it came to construction projects.
While the latter started off strong, the substantial backing of Vision Corporation proved too much to handle, leading Belobog Heavy Industries to face financial problems, especially due to a lack of projects.
Now, with Belobog Heavy Industries back on the market, various large construction groups from TOPS regularly try to stop their meteoric rise by pestering them, sending thugs and outlaws their way to try and mess with their projects.

In the Season 2 Chapter 1 Main Story, Where Clouds Embrace the Dawn, the Yunkui Summit faction enlisted the help of Belobog Heavy Industries for the rebuilding of the Suibian Temple in time for the Tidefaire.
Upon reaching Restoration Level 35, Proxies will be able to see the temple's complete restoration, which Belobog Heavy Industries finished with flying colors —a true testament to the construction company's work ethics and capabilities.

Koleda Belobog is the President of Belobog Heavy Industries and represents the company as a whole. She is responsible for speaking with clients, directing construction operations, and coordinating the team in battle.
With suggestions from her members about how people of her age should be reading comic books instead of complex reports, it's highly likely that Koleda is still in her early teens. Despite this, however, she diligently fulfills her duties as the company's heir apparent.
Koleda is short-tempered and rowdy, which is pretty on-brand for a teenager. Any mild inconvenience and she tends to get riled up. Thanks to her members, however, she always manages to keep herself in check.

For such a young lady to be inducted as the president of a major construction company, there must be a reason why. That reason falls on Koleda's father, Khors Belobog, who was the president before her.
Khors Belobog was highly admired by the employees of Belobog Heavy Industries, as adamantly pointed out by Grace, Ben, and Anton. He and Koleda also made great memories as the latter was growing up.
However, Khors was caught in a major scandal, which caused Belobog Heavy Industries to take a heavy hit on its reputation.

During Khors' time as president, the company was facing a financial crisis. On top of that, they accepted a commission that could've been a bite too big for them to swallow.
Belobog Heavy Industries took on the project of building the memorial monument in the Cretan Hollow. While undertaking this project, however, the company faced a major problem, forcing Khors to take whatever was left of the company's funds and run.
Koleda saw the moment her father ran off with a bag full of banknotes. That was also the last time she ever saw him, as he never returned. After seeing the reports, she believed that her father did run away with the money and never looked back.

When Khors Belobog received that phone call that prompted him to do what he did, all Koleda kept hearing him say was, “What exactly is in there?”
As it turns out, Khors used the money to pay for the smart machine prototype he commissioned in order to operate it ahead of schedule due to an urgent emergency.
Driving the prototype and struggling with military resistance along the way, he made his way to the memorial plaza construction site and used the prototype to seal an unknown corrupted entity inside the monument.

Upon retrieving the prototype that Khors originally intended for Koleda, the seal was broken, and the entity emerged. While it didn't register in Grace's device as an Ethereal, its Ether levels were alarmingly high.
It had the ability to almost instantly corrupt surrounding machines and absorb them to create an entirely new body. Upon defeating the Unknown Corruption Complex, the prototype's memory core was salvaged and given to Phaethon for decryption.
After the events of Chapter 3, The Midnight Pursuit and saving the hacker Rain, she successfully decrypts the memory core to reveal that Vision Corporation had ties with the Exaltists, and the creature in the monument was the game's very first Sacrifice.
Season 1 Chapter 3 Quest Guide

Grace Howard is the mechanical engineer and expert of Belobog Heavy Industries, and is responsible for inventing, creating, and maintaining the company's smart machines.
Grace is extremely enthusiastic about machines, so much so that she refers to any machine she encounters as “children”.
Upon setting her sights on a machine, might it be a simple one or an Intelligent Construct like Billy, she immediately gets the irresistible urge to take them apart and inspect their inner workings.

Khors Belobog was a just and caring superior through and through, so much so that his employees considered him family. A perfect example of this is how he cared for Grace when she was younger, which ultimately led to Grace viewing him as a father figure.
In turn, this led to Koleda growing up alongside Grace under her father's care, and the two consider each other as sisters even up to now, with Koleda calling Grace “Big Sis” and Grace calling Koleda “Sweet Pea”.
Grace looked up to Khors like a father. Considering that she has spent more time with him as an older sister to Koleda, she went to great lengths to make her see how great a man her father was.

Suffice it to say, Grace bears a strong penchant for any and all machines. She loves them so much, in fact, that in the eyes of others, she may come off as someone who values machines more than people.
Due to this, she didn't have many friends growing up because as soon as she saw a machine behind a person, she would much rather rush to the machine and give it the utmost affection. Hence, her peers such as Betty Brenda dubbed her the frosty, cold Iron Witch.
Behind it all, however, Grace is simply passionate about machines and studying how they operate, and often looks at the bigger picture when doing so. All she does is for the greater good of the people around her.
Grace Howard Agent Story Guide

Anton Ivanov frequently takes the frontlines when it comes to Belobog Heavy Industries' construction projects and often oversees them. He is highly enthusiastic about his work and tends to go above and beyond, even doing some of the construction himself.
Anton has a very close connection with the jackhammer that he keeps mounted on his arm, which he lovingly refers to as his “Bro”.

In Version 2.0, Yunkui Summit hired Belobog Heavy Industries for rebuilding the formerly dilapidated Suibian Temple in time for the Tidefaire festival.
This project was led by none other than Anton himself, with him even going so far as decorating the large tree outside the Suibian Temple Sanctum!

Ben Bigger is a burly bear Thiren who is in charge of Belobog Heavy Industries' finances and monetary assets. Despite his hulking figure, Ben is actually a very benign and compassionate person and is frequently soft-spoken.
However, when situations call for an iron hand, Ben is not afraid to raise his voice to enforce safety protocols and work ethics. This is evident in some of his voicelines where he tells you to either stand behind the yellow line, or letting you know that you're not wearing a hard hat.

Some of Ben's notable qualities are that he is good with numbers and is very proficient in math. This is less because of the nature of his work, but more of a personal thing for him. In truth, he simply likes doing calculations.
Another thing to note about him is that he hates fish, despite being a brown bear Thiren. To add to the idiosyncrasy, his favorite food is caviar.
