Clear the Tutorial

The Hare and the Proxy is the first Story Commission unlocked in the HDD. It can be done as soon as you gain access to the HDD after finishing the tutorial and speaking with Nicole.

Step-By-Step Guide

1. Move to the Rightmost Monitor
2. Collect the 1st Observation Data
3. Move Up For Treasure Chests
4. Move Down and Defeat the Enemy
5. Collect the 2nd Observation Data
6. Trigger the Switch
7. Complete Pay Your Way Out
8. Collect the 3rd Observation Data
9. Clear the Critical Stage

Move to the Rightmost Monitor

Move to the rightmost tile using directional keys or by selecting it. This will reveal the rest of the map.

Collect the 1st Observation Data

After unlocking the right side of the map, collect the 1st Observation Data to get more rewards at the end.

Move Up For Treasure Chests

At the crossroad, move up to get the coins and reveal supply boxes (treasure chests). Collect these before proceeding to the next step.

Move Down and Defeat the Enemy

Move down and defeat the ethereals on the bottom monitor.

Collect the 2nd Observation Data

After beating the enemies, make sure to go left and pick up the 2nd Observation Data.

Trigger the Switch

Upon moving right, you will be chased down by Ethereals. You can either fight them or keep moving to the right to trigger the red switch. This will open up a conveyor belt that will speed up movement.

Complete Pay Your Way Out

Use your collected Gear Coins to unlock the door. These cannot be used elsewhere, so it's best to use them here. If you let Billy unlock the door with his more traditional method, he will take some damage.

Collect the 3rd Observation Data

Pick up the last Observation Data right beside the final monitor.

Clear the Critical Stage

Enter the last monitor and defeat all Ethereals to clear the commission.
