To encounter Harumasa on Trust Events, Proxies must first have Harumasa on their agent roster. Harumasa can be obtained for free through the Special Visitor event during Version 1.4.
Alternatively, Harumasa can also be pulled from the Signal Search Banner, Per Aspera.
To meet Harumasa, Proxies must also complete Chapter 5 of the Main Story, A Storm of Falling Stars.
Chapter 5 - A Storm of Falling Stars
Complete Harumasa's Trust Events to increase his trust! Note that you need to increase trust with Harumasa more before you can see his more often in the neighborhood.
Invite Harumasa by chatting with him or get invited by Harumasa instead to hang out. Choose the correct answer to increase more of his trust!
After reaching Trust Level 2 - Friendly with Harumasa, spend time with him and complete his Wish Events during a Quality Time Event.
Completing Harumasa's Wish Events for the first time will increase Harumasa's trust and give out rewards like Polychromes!
