Outer Ring Features

Upper Level

The Upper Level is the first part of the Outer Ring. The area is very barren with little to no people. It has Officer Mewmew and the Cheesetopia diner.

Officer Mewmew

Officer Mewmew of the Outer Ring is located near a brick warehouse and a vending machine. Here, you can complete his challenges to get Outer Ring Mewmew Medals.

Cheesetopia

Cheesetopia is a diner in the Upper Level of the Outer Ring. It is currently under renovation thanks to the Sons of Calydon and Phaeton. You will be the one to renovate the diner through the event, Overlord's Feast.

Lower Level

The Lower Level is another part of the Outer Ring and has the Sage in a Barrel. It also has some NPCs and a sign that says "Welcome to the Boundless Blaze".

Use the Elevator to Get to the Lower Level

To get to the Lower Level, use the wooden elevator with a Leverboo in it. It is located near where the van is parked.

Sage in a Barrel

The Sage in a Barrel also appears at the Lower Level of the Outer Ring, beside some vending machines. Trade in Outer Ring HIA Commemorative Coins to this NPC to be rewarded for your efforts!

How to Unlock Outer Ring

Start Chapter 4 - Tour de Inferno

The Outer Ring will be unlocked after starting Chapter 4 - Tour de Inferno Main Commission and completing the Chapter 3: Midnight Pursuit and Undercover R&B Special Episode.
