Anomalies in Zenless Zone Zero (ZZZ) result from accumulated Attribute DMG on enemies. See all types of Anomalies, learn what Disorder is, and find out the difference between Anomaly Mastery and Anomaly Proficiency in this guide!
Attribute | Anomaly and Debuff |
---|---|
Physical | Assault Interrupts the enemy's actions and deals massive Physical DMG. Increases the Daze the target takes for a period of time. |
Fire | Burn Continuously deals Fire DMG for a period of time. Organic enemies' actions will be interrupted when the effect is triggered. |
Ice | Shatter Immobilizes the target and deals Ice DMG when the effect ends. Increases the CRIT DMG received by the target for a period of time. |
Electric | Shock Causes the target to receive additional Electric DMG at intervals. Machine enemies' actions will be interrupted when the effect is triggered. |
Ether | Corrupted Causes the target to receive additional Ether DMG. Energy enemies' actions will be interrupted when the effect is triggered. |
Two Attribute Anomalies | Disorder When applying an Attribute Anomaly to enemies that are already afflicted with a different Attribute Anomaly, the new Anomaly will overwrite the original, and trigger Disorder, dealing extra damage and inflicting Daze. |
Attribute Anomalies hinder the enemy through additional damage and action interruption. The additional effect depends on the Attribute of the attacking Agent.
Assault will interrupt the enemy's actions and deal a huge amount of Physical DMG onto an enemy. Assault will also increase the enemy's Daze, making it easier to Stun the enemy.
List of All Physical Characters
Burn continuously deals Fire DMG onto enemies in a short amount of time. When an Organic-type enemy gets burned, their actions will be interrupted.
Do note that the Burn effect does not add to the enemy's Daze or Anomaly meter.
Freeze immobilizes the enemy and when the enemy is Shattered, they receive increased CRIT DMG. Any enemy can be Frozen regardless of their type.
Shock continuously deals Electric DMG onto enemies at intervals. When an Machine-type enemy gets shocked, their actions will be interrupted.
Do note that the Shock effect does not add to the enemy's Daze or Anomaly meter.
List of All Electric Characters
Corrupted enemies will receive additional Ether DMG after getting hit. Energy-typeenemies affected by corrupted will have their actions interrupted.
Do note that the Corrupted effect does not add to the enemy's Daze or Anomaly meter.
When you inflict an Attribute Anomaly on an enemy that is afflicted by another Anomaly, the result will be Disorder, which will deal significant DMG and Daze to targets!
Anomaly Mastery determines how fast your Anomaly Buildup is. The higher this stat is, the faster you can reach fill up the Anomaly Gauge, resulting in frequent Attribute Anomalies.
Having 2 Anomaly units with high Anomaly Mastery will be able to cause Disorder more often.
Anomaly Proficiency determines an Attribute Anomaly's DMG. The higher this stat is, the more powerful your Attribute Anomalies will be.
Keeping these two in perfect balance, much like Crit Rate and Crit DMG, can make a huge difference in dealing DMG and debuffs through Anomaly debuffs, especially if you're using Anomaly Agents.
List of All Anomaly Characters
You can apply an Attribute Anomaly by continuously dealing Attribute damage to fill up the Anomaly gauge. Anomaly characters like Grace and Piper can easily fill up the gauge.
