You can get Agent Gulliver by pulling from the Bangboo Channel or Banner on Signal Search Gacha! A single Signal Search costs 1 Boopon, and 10 Signal Searches cost 10 Boopons.

Boopons can be obtained from Hollow Zero, Rally Commissions, Bangbuck Exchange, and Events. Make sure to check out all of these features and complete missions to obtain them and pull for Bangboos! You will also get Bagboo for free upon unlocking the Bangboo Function for the first time.
