Street Fighter 6 Creators Roundtable

Prior to the grand launch of Zenless Zone Zero, the developers of the game met up with the developers and producers of Street Fighter 6 to talk about their respective games.

They also talk about how much fighting games, with Street Fighter in particular, have had a hand with the design and mechanics of ZZZ!

Rumors of Likely Possible Collaboration

Speculations about an in-game collaboration between Zenless Zone Zero and Street Fighter 6 have become a hot topic after the release of the Roundtable video. This is not the first time a Hoyoverse game has had interactions with other IPs.

In 2021, Honkai Impact 3rd had collaborated with Neon Genesis Evangelion and made Asuka Langley Soryu a playable Valkyrie in the game. More recently in 2024, Honkai Star Rail had sent their writing team to meet with author and TYPE-MOON's President Kinoko Nasu; that eventually lead to the announcement of a collaboration with Fate/Stay Night: Unlimited Blade Works.

New Optimizations for Version 1.2

Upcoming Optimizations Description
Agent Control Function ・Players can use Caesar/Burnice to explore the City after obtaining them.
・Players can use other agents to explore the City in Version 1.4.
Fairy Auto Explore ・After completing certain requirements, Fairy will help players get unclaimed rewards and Observation Data from previous attempts.
Backup Battery Charge ・Similar to Honkai Star Rail's Reserved Trailblaze Power, Backup Battery Charge allows excess Battery Charge to accumulate to 2,400 points.
Blitz Operation (Hollow Zero) ・Allows Proxies to go straight to Hollow Zero's combat without having to explore Hollow Zero's TV board.
・Rewards Investigation Points to complete weekly Bounty Commissions upon successully clearing challenges.
Notorious Hunt Material Acquisition ・Allows Notorious Hunt to be challenge more than three times per week.
・Each attempt afterwards cost 60 Battery Charge.
“TV Mode” Optimizations ・From Version 1.2 onwards, the “TV Mode” will be replaced with Story Stages as the means of experience for Zenless Zone Zero's main stories and important story lines.

・Addition of more enjoyable "TV Mode" gameplay.
More Battle Rank Criteria ・More Battle Rank criteria beside time limits will be added to reach S-rank.
Agent Accompany Mode ・A new mode allowing Agents to interact follow the Proxy in the City.
・3D model optimizations for Agents also underway to improve visual experience.
Client Resource Management ・Allows players to reduce package size by managing game files.
