As soon as you reach Inter-Knot Level 22, you can go to Shepherd to receive this commission from him.

Complete the Commission Using the HDD

Access the commission from the HDD and complete it. Although the quest is still part of the Chapter 1 Intermission, it can be found on the Chapter 2 page of the HDD.

Proceed to the Right

Head straight for the enemy on the right and defeat it as the brick monitors can't be destroyed at this point. Afterwards, go to the magnifying glass to unlock the rest of the map.

Clear Out Corrupted Supplies

Go to the only accessible blue monitor to start clearing out the building materials. You must destroy the crates and plastic drums to proceed.

Eventually, the second set of supplies will open up. Don't forget to pick up the first Observation Data below it.

Approach Enemy Bangboo to Unlock Cross Blast

Approach the enemy Bangboo that appeared and select Transfer its Plug-in. The other choice won't affect anything as it will force you to pick the first option.

Defeat Explosive Bangboo with Cross Blast

You'll need to defeat the Explosive Bangboo by hitting it with explosions 6 times. You can use your own bombs or the ones it places. The bombs detonate after moving the number of spaces seen on the upper right of its position. Its explosion reaches 3 monitors in straight directions so be sure to lead the enemy within range.

The enemy will always try to leave a bomb that explodes after 5 turns. It also tends to avoid the player or move in the opposite direction of your movement when it can.

Collect Observation Data and Supply Box

While trying to damage the enemy, you can pick up the second Observation Data which was previously blocked by the bricks. You can also find an Elite Supply Box near the first Observation Data by destroying the obstacles with the bombs.

Pick Up Last Observation Data

Once you're near the final cleanup point, be sure to first destroy all the nearby bricks that appear to get the last Observation Data and the last three supply boxes.

Destroy the last set of corrupted supplies and defeat all remaining enemies to finish the quest.
