Explosive Last Train is a Main Story commission that is given by Nekomata during Chapter 1: Cat's Lost and Found.
Explosive Last Train is one of the subquests in Cat's Lost and Found. To unlock this commission, Proxies will need to finish the previous quest, Escape from Certain Doom.

How to Unlock Explosive Last Train
Complete Escape from Certain Doom
Explosive Last Train is a subquest of Cat's Lost and Found and can only be unlocked upon completing the previous commission in the questline, Escape from Certain Doom.
Complete this quest to progress through the story and unlock the next commission in the questline, Earlybird Ticket to Safety.

Progress through Chapter 1 to Unlock Commission
After finishing Prologue: Intermission, you will immediately start Chapter 1. Progress Chapter 1 until the point in the story where Nekomata requests the commission.
Chapter 1 - Cat's Lost and Found
Complete the Commission Using the HDD
After unlocking the commission, immediately go to the HDD System and go to Story Commission and choose Explosive Last Train to do the commission.
You'll be able to use Nekomata as a Trial character for this commission.

Hollow Deep Dive System Events and Guide
Step-By-Step Guide
- Go to the Warp
- Push the Block to the Left Button
- Proceed to the Right Section of Map
- Bring the Blocks to the Switch
- Defeat the Enemy to Unlock the Path
Go to the Warp
Proceed through the map and go to the warp. Along the way, an Ethereal will appear that will move closer. Keep proceeding to the end of the map and enter the warp.
Push the Block to the Left Button
On the second map, push the block to the left button to change the track's direction. Your goal is to let the train pass the tracks.
Proceed to the Right Section of Map
Get the first Observation Data between the switched and then go to the right part of the map. Your progress will be impeded by an obstacle.
Dialogue and cutscenes will play when you try to remove the obstacle. Corin will join you on your battle to remove the obstacle.
Bring the Blocks to the Switch
With Corin's help you will be able to lift blocks by passing through them which will transfer the block behind you if they're against a wall.
Pass Through the Rightmost Block
First go up the rightmost block and push it upwards to transfer it behind you. You will be in the monitor where the block was previously placed. Take this opportunity to get the second Observation Data to your right.
Push the Block Under the Enemy to the Button
After getting the observation data, push the block on your left(the one under the enemy) towards the right button on the center of the map.
Push the Final Block to the Top Switch
Finally, push the block that you pushed earlier towards the top switch in the center of the map. Reminder that you can transfer the block behind you if they're against a wall if you pass through the block.
Defeat the Enemy to Unlock the Path
Finally, go to the enemy monitor and defeat the enemy there to unlock the path towards the exit. Don't forget to grab the final Observation Data before boarding the train.
After some dialogue, board the train to end the commission.
