Its drops can now be used to upgrade the Core Skills of new characters such as Soldier 0 Anby

How to Unlock Expert Challenge

Complete the Two Belobog Commisions in Chapter 2

Expert Challenges are unlocked once you complete the two Belobog commisions, Mechanical Love and Let's Go Bro! in Chapter 2: A Call From the Hollow's Heart.

You will then get a call from the Hollow Investigative Association saying you've unlocked this VR Device challenge.

At the start, Proxies can challenge 4 bosses to gain Higher Dimensional Data and other materials. In order to unlock new bosses to fight in Expert Challenges, Proxies must finish Soldier 11's Agent Story: Mole in the Hole.

What are Expert Challenges?

Defeat Bosses to Farm Core Skill Mats

Expert Challenges are straightforward VR battles that bring you against a singular Elite Enemy, that rewards Proxies with valuable materials for their Agents. Each stage can modify both the Agent's or the Boss' stat.

Materials from these challenges are mainly used to upgrade Core Skills, like their respective Passives.

Costs Battery Charges

Like any other VR Modes, Expert Challenges would cost Battery Charges. Here, it will cost you 40 Battery Charges in one challenge.

However, Proxies can challenge these stages as much as they can, as long as they have enough charges per round.
