How to Play Hugo

Activate Totalize With EX Special Attack

Hugo's main source of damage is triggering Totalize through his EX Special Attack, which can increase DMG based on how long an enemy has left when stunned.

After getting hit by Totalize, the enemy recovers immediately from the stun, but accumulates some daze and making them easier to stun again.

Hugo's Ultimate Can Also Trigger Totalize

If his EX Special Attack is not available, you can also utilize his Ultimate in order to deal massive Ice DMG in general and also trigger Totalize on any stunned opponents caught in the combo.

Bring a Stun or Same Attribute Agents

To bring out Hugo's potential, you must bring a Stun or a Support character for his Passive, which increases his ATK damage upon triggering Totalize on an opponent and his Chain Attack DMG in general.

Since Hugo heavily relies on enemies getting stunned and the number of Stun Agents, a stun character or even two will likely be permanent fixtures in his teams.

Buffs Hugo After Stuns or Chain Attacks

In addition to Hugo's ATK damage being buffed from Totalize, using a Chain Attack or stunning an enemy also increases his CRIT Rate and CRIT DMG, further skyrocketing his damage.

Hugo's core skill enhancement materials are unknown largely because the character needs to be released in the game before we know the needed materials.

Who is Hugo?

Founded Mockingbird

Based on Lycaon's Agent Story, Mockingbird seems to have been founded by Hugo and had Lycaon as a member to enact ''justice''.

It is unknown what type of ''justice'' it was, but Lycaon could no longer work with him and, at an unknown point, left due to conflicting morals.

The way Lycaon left likely betrayed Hugo as he called him a traitor during the last cutscene of Lycaon's Agent Story.

According to Vivian's Agent Teaser, Hugo trained her to be efficient in creating escape tools and likely any other things related to their ''trade''.
