1 Select Agents Select 'Agent' from the menu.
2 Skills Tab Open the Character's Skill tab
3 Select Core Skills Select the Core Skills at the top section
4 Consume MaterialsConsume the Materials needed to upgrade

How to Get Enhancement Materials

Complete Expert Challenges and Notorious Hunts

Expert Challenges Boss Guide - First Page

Enhancement Materials used for Core Skills can be obtained from “Expert Challenges” after completing 2 Belobog Commissions, Mechanical Love and Let's Go Bro! in Chapter 2: A Call From the Hollow's Heart.

This uses up 40 Battery (Stamina) per challenge.
