Use Components to Modify and Increase the Level Cap

Modify W-Engines
Modifying is used to increase a W-Engine's level cap, similar to Promoting Agents. To do this, you'll need to have enough Components and Dennies, as well as the requisite Inter-Knot Reputation Level.

As for Enhancing, this is how you will level up your W-Engines. Each one will need enough EXP before you're able to Modify them and remove their level cap, so make sure to stock up on W-Engine Exp. Materials!

How to Upgrade W-Engines

Get Multiple W-Engine Copies

Upgrade W-Engine
If you want to upgrade a W-Engine's star level, you'll need multiple copies of it first. Once you have more than one, you can use the upgrade screen to increase the W-Engine's stars by the amount of W-Engine copies used.

To get extra copies, you can either buy F2P W-Engines from the Gadget Store, or you can pull from the W-Engine Gacha Banner.
