To encounter Miyabi on Trust Events, Proxies must first have Miyabi on their agent roster.
Miyabi can be pulled from the Signal Search Banner, Honed Blade of Reflection.
To meet Miyabi, Proxies must also complete Chapter 5 of the Main Story, A Storm of Falling Stars.
Chapter 5 - A Storm of Falling Stars
Complete Miyabi's Trust Events to increase her trust! Note that you need to increase trust with Miyabi more before you can see her more often in the neighborhood.
Invite Miyabi by chatting with her or get invited by Miyabi instead to hang out. Choose the correct answer to increase more of her trust!
After reaching Trust Level 2 - Friendly with Miyabi, spend time with her and complete her Wish Events during a Quality Time Event.
Completing Miyabi's Wish Events for the first time will increase Miyabi's trust and give out rewards like Polychromes!
