Talk to Qingyi
After accepting the commission, answer the door in Random Play to talk to Qingyi.
Modify Teddy No. 2 With Qingyi
Afterwards, head outside to Sixth Street and accompany Qingyi to have Teddy No. 2 modified. Follow the red quest markers and talk to Enzo, Buy the Bangboo Merchant, and Susie.
Talk to Holly
After reading the DM you receive, head back to Random Play and talk to Holly.
