How to Get Shining Aria
Get Via Area Patrol
Proxies can farm for Drive Discs by engaging in Area Patrol (formerly known as Routine Cleanup) missions at Scott Oupost.
Simply speak to Roland at the Outpost's interior to begin.
Tune Drive Discs at Bardic Needle
Alternatively, if you have enough Master Copies, you can speak to Elfy in the Bardic Needle music store at Sixth Street to tune Drive Discs without having to engage in combat.
At Bardic Needle, you can even spend Tuning Calibrators to get the stats you need!
