To unlock Trigger's Agent Story, you must clear the Main Story Leisurely Lull - Unexpected New Customer, an additional quest right after the Chapter 4 Tour de Inferno Main Story Quest!

Trigger's Agent Story will be available in the Video Archive inside the Random Play video store afterward.
