After using EX Special Attack: Rock, the next EX Special Attack becomes EX Special Attack: Scissors for 8s. After using EX Special Attack: Scissors, the next EX Special Attack becomes EX Special Attack: Paper! for 8s. When EX Special Attack: Paper! hits an enemy, it applies the Malicious Complaint effect. While under Malicious Complaint, if the enemy becomes Stunned, the Stun duration is extended by 2s, and Stun DMG Multiplier increases by 15%. Before recovering from Stun, Malicious Complaint can trigger on the same target only once. The Stun duration bonus does not stack with similar effects. When an enemy with Malicious Complaint recovers from being Stunned, the effect ends. While in combat, Dialyn gains 0.6 Positive Reviews per second. Additional Ability - External Line
When another character in your squad is an Attack or Rupture character: Dialyn's EX Special Attack CRIT DMG is increased by 50%. When an EX Special Attack or Ultimate is activated, all squad members gain the Overwhelmingly Positive effect. While Overwhelmingly Positive is active, DMG dealt is increased by 40% for 15s. When Dialyn uses an EX Special Attack or Ultimate while Overwhelmingly Positive is active, if the remaining duration of Overwhelmingly Positive is less than 35s, its duration is extended by 10s. Accumulate Positive Reviews and Acquire Customer Complaint

Positive Reviews and Customer Complaint

Dialyn has 2 resources: Positive Reviews, which is the gauge under her HP meter, and Customer Complaint, which is the circle at the end of the Positive Reviews gauge.

Positive Reviews can be accumulated by hitting enemies with EX Special Attacks Rock, Scissors, and Paper. Customer Complaint can be acquired upon reaching 90 Positive Reviews or whenever an Ultimate is used.

Dialyn can accumulate a maximum of 120 Positive Reviews, but she will only need at least 90 to take advantage of her Core Skill. As for Customer Complaint, Dialyn can only hold one at a time, with which she can spend to initiate EX Special Attack: Get Lost.

Activate EX Special Attack: Get Lost

Use Get Lost

With 1 Customer Complaint acquired, hold the Basic Attack button to activate EX Special Attack: Get Lost.

This will open a Chain Attack window regardless of the enemy's stun meter. Then, switch to a different character to consume one Customer Complaint and enable that character to automatically use their Ultimate without consuming Decibels!

If Dialyn does not have Customer Complaints, she will instead consume 90 Positive Reviews to force a Chain Attack window via EX Special Attack: Get Lost.

Apply Malicious Complaint

Dialyn's EX Special Attack takes the form of Rock, Scissors, and Paper hits, necessarily in that order. Hitting enemies with paper attacks will apply Malicious Complaint on them, which will increase the DMG dealt to those targets!

Additionally, it will increase a stunned enemy's stun duration and increase their Stun DMG Multiplier!

Bestow the Overwhelmingly Positive Effect

Teaming Dialyn up with Rupture or Attack Agents will activate the Overwhelmingly Positive effect, which will increase the DMG of all party members. Be sure to build your teams accordingly to take full advantage of Dialyn's capabilities!

Repeat that rotation until Dialyn unleashes EX Special Attack: Paper! If you have accumulated enough Customer Complaint by this point, end the combo with Get Lost! by holding down Basic Attack.

The issue with all F2P games (and many RPG games) is the developer has to mrlease a number of best charecters in the first year, so gamers can make a good structured tream to continue playing.From nextyear it is really depends on your idea and team building that how you like to run your team and where you like to go with your playing style. Most of the new charecters are eather too technical ro good for a person who likes to start the game now.

I have enough to roll for Ye Shunguang (looks like next Miyabi and Yixuan). Maybe I start to roll slowly not to waste my rolls for her as she looks promising with an old team structure. I missed Lucia and am not happy at all about that, but I like to have a character that can stun well. Especially to support Evelyn, I wasted a lot of rolls on her signature engine in the rerun, and now I regret it a lottttttttt. She cannot do much even with Astra in the team.
