Fast travel to the Brant Street Construction Site and talk to Safety at the back of the area.

Take a Photo of the Bangboo

Take a Photo of the Bangboo
After the conversation ends, open your Camera and take a photo of Safety. You don't need Li to be in frame for the photo.

Report Back to Mei

Report Back to Mei
Once that's done, head back to Lumina Square and report back to Mei to finish the Commission.
