To start this Commission, head to the HIA Building in Lumina Square and talk to Mei.

Go to Brant Street and Talk to Safety

Kind Helper Medal VIII - Lumina Square - Step 2
Fast travel to the Brant Street Construction Site and talk to Safety at the back of the area.

Take a Photo of the Bangboo

Kind Helper Medal VIII - Lumina Square - Step 3
After the conversation ends, open your Camera and take a photo of Safety. You don't need Li to be in frame for the photo.

Report Back to Mei

Kind Helper Medal VIII - Lumina Square - Step 4
Once that's done, head back to Lumina Square and report back to Mei to finish the Commission and unlock this medal.
