Nicole's Ambition is a Trust Commission for Nicole that is only available in the morning. This commission unlocks after reaching the Friendly trust rank with Nicole.
As this is a videotape request, Nicole's Ambition cannot be replayed once you finish it.

Trust Commissions increase a certain character's Trust when you complete them. Whenever you get an invite from one of your teammates, be sure to respond and help them with their cause!
Nicole Trust Event and Best Answers
Answer Nicole's DM in the morning, right after you wake up from the bed. After this, meet up with Nicole outside the video store to start the commission.
To start the commission, you have to answer Nicole's DM, she will ask if you have the movie, First Piece of Soil.
You actually have this tape early on since this is part of the first few movies you have in the store. Nicole will message again, asking you to meet outside the Video Store.
The event will happen the morning after the DM. You can freely do other commissions first during this day to pass the time.
Nicole will be available to meet when you wake up the next morning. Head out of the store and find Nicole nearby.
Talk to her and ask to watch First Piece of Soil together. After this, the Trust Commission will be complete.

The dialogue choices you make in Nicole's Ambition don't matter as all will increase trust.
After completing Nicole's Ambition Commission, she is now be able to promote the Video Store.
