Talk to a man named Kousaka. He happens to be located right beside where the Business Car is parked. Kousaka will then ask if you can help him ask someone from Belobog Heavy Industries for some help.
Ask Li If He Can Help
Li can be found across the entire map, and is hard to miss as he is a bear. Talk to Li about Kousaka's situation and he will give you a prompt answer.
Tell Kousaka Li's Answer
Afterwards, go back to where Kousaka was where you first found him, and tell him Li's answer. This will clear the Mewmew Challenge for Brant Street.

Complete Redemption in the Rock Quarry
To start with the quest, Proxies must first complete the Commission, Redemption in the Rock Quarry. Then, progress the in-game time to the next day and teleport to Cheesetopia to find Appon and Ono in front of it.
Talk to Appon and Ono
Speak to Appon and Ono to learn that the Sparkstones you have acquired are missing and that Corinna might have a clue about where they are.
Ask Corinna About the Sparkstones
Go to the Lower Level and speak to Corinna about the Sparkstones. She will mention that she saw Ono late in the night sneaking away with the Sparkstones in hand.
Report Back to Appon
Report your findings to Appon and complete the commission. This will earn you the medal!
