    Is it possible you have the "invincibility" code turned on (L3 I think)? It will show a running away symbol in the bottom-left corner of the screen.

    I played through island of the damned but lost to Garai quickly. I realize now that I should have strategized better but after re-started and went back to the island (last save was on zelbess) the will o wisp won’t fight me or follow me no matter what I do including running into it. Leaving the island doesn’t help. Re-loading from last save does nothing. I can’t advance through the story if I can’t fight the will o wisp to enter the island. Anyone else have this issue? What can I do?
