Send Yixuan an Invite
The Sound of the Tide unlocks after sending Yixuan an invite and choosing the Let's go to Port Elpis option.
Selecting the Let's go to the cinema at Lumina Square option will unlock the A Trip Together invite commission instead.

You can unlock Yixuan's Trust Quests and Invites after completing the Main Story Season 2 Chapter 1, Where Clouds Embrace the Dawn!

Meet up with Yixuan at Port Elpis
After choosing the Start Quality Time Invite option, you will immediately be teleported to Port Elpis boardwalk with Yixuan. From there, you must walk around the area together until you reach the lighthouse.
