Palicus's attacks are easy to see coming, so keep an eye out for attack cues and either use Dodge Counters or Perfect Assists to negate any incoming DMG and follow up with your own attacks.

After reaching a certain percentage of its health, Palicus will do a string of teleportation attacks similar to Thanatos, except deadlier.
You can tell these attacks are about to come when Palicus disappears, and the screen darkens. When this happens, brace yourself, pay attention to the projectiles and teleportation attacks it does, and dodge accordingly!
Palicus does not drop any rewards when defeated since it's not featured in any Combat Simulation or Expert Challenge stages yet. We will update this section if it changes in the future!

When this boss appears in Shiryu Defence is just DPS check. Tons of HP. No mechanics to make him weaker. Have quite long stance when he is invulnerable nad you have to dodge and wait until he finish his moves (waste of time in time limited trials). Design and mechanics are not bad but with no counters actions this boss is anoying. Overall this is averrage enemy not suited for timie trials (due to massive HP and immortality).

If there is a nomination for the worst boss in this game, I would definitely vote this. Not only do they constantly dash around, they also have an invulnerable phase, which is a disease in this game. And worst of all, there are TWO OF THEM IN ONE SHIYU DEFENSE STAGE, and they DO NOT WANT TO STAY TOGETHER DUE TO THEM DASHING AROUND THE ARENA. It's just a DPS check. You'll have a hard time with even decently built non-meta characters because you simply can't kill them fast enough.
