Talk With Lycaon About the Commission
After accepting the commission in the Video Archive, a cutscene with Lycaon inside the video store will occur. Lycaon says that the previous document retrieved is a private video of the client stashed inside a Bangboo.
However, that Bangboo got lost inside the Hollow during a disaster.
Enter the Hollow to Retrieve the Bangboo
Lycaon then gives you the Unfinished Task HDD Commission. A free trial of Ellen will be given to you once you go inside this HDD Commission.
Unfinished Task HDD Walkthrough

| 1 | Once inside the Unfinished Task HDD, follow the objective marker and follow the corridor towards the next room. |
| 2 | Defeat the enemies that will spawn inside the room. Note that multiple waves of enemies will spawn. |
| 3 | Follow the objective marker that will take you further into the Hollow, towards the location of the Bangboo. |
| 4 | A special event cutscene will trigger before reaching the next area, where a strange noise is heard deep inside the Hollow. A bunch of enemies will spawn around you immediately after the cutscene. |
| 5 | Follow the objective marker that will lead you to the location of the Bangboo. Surprisingly, the noise heard before was from Ellen's three friends. |
| 6 | Defeat the two elite enemies in the last area to free Ellen's friends and retrieve the Bangboo. |
| 7 | Activate the switch beside where Ellen's classmates are located to free them and the Bangboo. A special event cutscene will occur afterward. |
Talk to Ellen's Classmates
After getting out of the Hollow, a cutscene will immediately trigger where Ellen and her classmates are talking about how cool her job really is. Shortly after, a PubSec Officer approaches the group, but Ellen escapes.
The PubSec Officer invites Ellen's classmates to the precinct and asks them what they were doing inside the Hollow. The three followed the officer, but they didn't mention anything about Ellen.
Ellen Returns the Bangboo to the Video Store
Ellen successfully returns the Bangboo to the video store, thus completing the HDD commission. But she is questioning herself why her classmates covered for her with the PubSecf Officer.
The Proxies then later explains that her classmates really like her, and that's why they always looked out for her. A final cutscene triggers, which concludes Ellen's Agent Story.
