How to Beat As Promised, Drowned in the Harbor II
Return to Port Elpis the Next Day
After completing As Promised, Drowned in the Harbor (I), return to Port Elpis the next in-game day to learn how the situation with Nian developed.
Unable to find Nian, speak with Old McDunn instead.
Talk to the Shipowner
Upon learning that Nian has exceeded his boat rental time limit, talk to the shipowner by the dock to discover Nian's last known whereabouts.
Finish the conversation with the shipowner to accept the HDD commission.
Track Nian in the Hollow
After arriving in the hollow, follow the quest marker and defeat all the Ethereals that spawn on the way.
Rescue Nian in the Cargo Container
Upon hearing shouts, defeat the final Ethereal enemy. Then, interact with the Container Console to rescue Nian, who is trapped in a cargo container.
Check up on Nian
After rescuing him from the Hollow, return to Port Elpis and check up on Nian to complete this commission.
