Prevent Enemies From Reaching the Base
The main objective of Bangboo vs Ethereal is to prevent a horde of Ethereals from reaching your base. They will invade and walk along a predetermined path towards the base.
Each time an Ethereal enters the base, you lose health and will fail the assessment if it reaches 0. You can defend your base by deploying Bangboos to fight for and help you pass the assessment!
Deploy Bangboos Using Assessment Points
You can drag your Bangboo defenders around and drop them around the assessment field. When an enemy ethereal invades, they will start to automatically attack the ethereals.
However, before you can deploy your Bangboos, you will need to earn enough Assessment Points, which you can get naturally over time. Different Bangboos will have different point costs, and their deployment cost will increase if you have the same type of Bangboos already on the field.
Position Bangboos Properly
Bangboos can be deployed in different positions on the field. Positions that are elevated are called Tactical Positions. The Bangboos deployed in this position are relatively safe and will not be attacked by regular enemies.
Positions in direct paths of Ethereals are called Attack Positions. Bangboos deployed in this position can block enemy advancements but will take damage. Learning where to place your Bangboos is very important to keep your base safe!
Learn The Bangboo Types
There are different types of Bangboos that can be deployed on the field, each with different types of roles Rapid Bangboos are bangboos that can attack enemies within a range. They're usually deployed in Tactical Positions.
Bangboos that are usually in the Attack Position are called Brave Bangboos. These Bangboos can block enemies and only attack at close range. Kind Bangboos are supports that can heal or regenerate your Assessment Points even faster.

Skills: Continuously attack 1 enemy. Training Notes: Attack all nearby enemies. |
 Avocaboo(Kind Bangboo) |
Skills: Continuously heal 1 ally within range. Training Notes: Increases healing range and amount. Upon upgrading, heal all Bangboo. |
 Exploreboo (Kind Bangboo) |
Skills: Grants 6 Assessment Points every 13s. Training Notes: Unlock the Exploreboo advanced skill: Increase the efficiency of providing Assessment Points. |
 Paperboo(Brave Bangboo) |
Skills: Block up to 3 enemies without attacking, and when leaving the field, trigger an explosion that deals damage. Training Notes: Unlocks Paperboo's Advanced Skill: Deal damage to all nearby enemies intermittently. |
 Rocketboo(Brave Bangboo) |
Skills: Upon deployment, charge at the nearest enemy and trigger an explosion upon impact. |

Get New Namecard and Title
Proxies who manage to complete the limited-time event, Bangboo vs Ethereal, will be rewarded with the Fight On! namecard for their profile.
The title En-Nah Combat Tutor will also be included once proxies complete Special Assessment 06 in the event.
Get New Special Item
A new special item called the A Corner of the Sand Table is available as a reward for completing Special Assessment 04 in the Bangboo vs Ethereal event.
