Disputed Node can be unlocked after completing the Chapter 2 Interlude: Mission Unthinkable and clearing the Fifth Frontier of the Stable Node.

Each stage on the Disputed Node rewards 200 Polychrome. This means you can get up to 1600 Polychromes for clearing everything on this mode. Note that these rewards don't reset.
Disputed Node is a node you will playthrough in Shiyu Defense. Unlike Stable Node and Critical Node, the Disputed Node stages do not have a time limit and your performance will depend on whether or not your Agents survive.
These consist of eight stages you can challenge to collect up to 1,600 Polychromes.
