Defeating the Rampant Brute's Expert Challenge for the first time will unlock their data entry and their enemy card in the VR Device, enabling Proxies to challenge them!
Hollow Thug - Rampant Brute can be fought in the Expert VR Device Challenge. You will need 40 Battery Charges to challenge this enemy.

Do Perfect Assists whenever you can to easily parry the Rampant Brute's attacks. To do a Perfect Assist, just press the Switch button when you see a flashing yellow light.
How to Do Perfect and Quick Assists
The Rampant Brute will sometimes launch two or three attacks in a row. So, you will quickly run out of Assist Points if you try to parry all of them. Be prepared to do some Perfect Dodges when you cannot do Perfect Assists anymore!
Use a team of Fire or Physical characters to easily beat the Hollow Thug - Rampant Brute since it is weak to the two elements mentioned.
