It's a Secret! can be unlocked once you reach Inter-Knot level 35. Elfy will message you directly asking for you to meet with her outside the store.

The commission begins when Elfy sends you a direct message. This happens once you reach Inter-Knot Level 35. Elfy will ask you to come around at the store.

Elfy will be waiting for you outside Bardic Needle in Sixth Street. Talk to her and she will give you Noise Reduction Master Copy x 50.

Try Out the New Tuning Tech

Inside Bardic Needle
Head inside Bardic Needle and immediately, the Store will rank up from Level 1 to Level 2. You will also unlock the Intermediate Tuning feature.

The commission ends once you exit Bardic Needle.
