Ice and Physical are the recommended Attributes for the first half of Frontier 3. Since the enemies don't have resistances to other Attributes, feel free to adjust your team according to the characters you already own.
Pairing Miyabi and Jane up to cause massive amount of Anomaly DMG and Disorder DMG along with Astra for support is the best way to go.

Electric is the recommended Attribute for the second half of Frontier 3. You'll face powerful mechs that are prone to being Shocked, so having characters like Yanagi or Rina who specialize in inflicting Shock is a great option!
You can also opt for a Mono-Electro Team led by powerful Electric DPS units like Soldier 0 Anby and Harumasa for a balance of inflicting Shock and causing massive amounts of DMG!

This goes for Waves 1 and 3 of the first half and Wave 3 of the second half. Go for the ranged enemies first and group everyone in the same spot, then go all-out with your attacks to eliminate the first wave in record time.
The Bulky Intimidator and Bulky Enforcer will appear separately, as the Intimidator appears in Wave 2 and the Enforcer in Wave 4. Their attacks are slow and easy to anticipate, making the Dodge Counters in your favor as you take advantage of countering their strikes.
The Heavy Striker MK I and Guardian MK II are prone to Shock, making it an effective way to disrupt their attack and easily defeat them. Inflicting Shock frequently will also reduce incoming damage and create openings for counterattacks!
