To unlock this Trust Commission, players must have almost max level on Billy's Trust Level.

A Hairstyle's Importance Guide
- Meet Billy Outside of Random Play
- Explore Hollow Zero With Billy
- Go to the ILY Hand Sign Monitor in the Middle
- Head to the Middle Television in the Next Area
Meet Billy Outside of Random Play
Go outside of Random Play where Billy is waiting for you. Talk to him and he will tell you about his plans on going to the Hollow Zero.
Explore Hollow Zero With Billy
Fast travel to Scott Outpost and access the Hollow Zero to start the commission.
Note that you can do any of the zones except the Qualification Assessment to do this commission and that you must have Billy as the squad leader.
Complete the Hollow Zero stage you've chosen to complete the commission. Note that there are some unique tiles and events in the stage for this commission.
Go to the ILY Hand Sign Monitor in the Middle
After defeating the first enemy, go to the ILY Hand Sign monitor for a scene with Billy and Hollow Bandit Leader. Choose Want me to put a phone call in to the hotline of the robot protection society? on the dialogue to increase Trust.
After this a battle will commence. After finishing the battle, another dialogue will play out with Billy. You can choose any answers you want for this section as it will increase your Trust anyway.
Head to the Middle Television in the Next Area
Go to the next map and a fight will commence. After that, head to the middle monitor to get the My BGM is On loot and Billy will ask you for a maintenance of his weapons.
Pay 500 Gear Coins to increase Billy's damage and to raise Trust. After this head north to get to a warp to get to the next area where the exit is.

Choose the dialogue with bold on them for the answer that raises trust. Otherwise, it doesn't matter what you pick since they all raise trust.

Redric 3 monthsI just completed it (31/8/25). I picked Old Capital Metro: Edge but only the part where you talk with the first Hollow Bandit Leader triggered for me. The middle monitor to get "My BGM is On" never popped up for me. I tried redoing it and tried other nodes but was never able to get them again. Oddly enough though, when I checked my quest log, the quest was no longer there and I maxed out Billy's trust rank.
