After accepting the commission, head to the left side of Sixth Street, past Turbo Remodeling Shop. Billy can be found watching something in the oncoming traffic.

After seeing the Sixth Street Motor Legend, Billy is eager to confirm more details about the it. Wait for his news the next day.
