Trust Commissions increase a certain character's Trust when you complete them. Whenever you get an invite from one of your teammates, be sure to respond and help them with their cause!
Billy Kid Trust Event and Best Answers
Upgrade - Crimson Nightmare will appear in your schedule in the morning after maxing Billy's current Trust level. Make sure to check your schedule after every in-game day.
How to Increase Agent Trust Level
After accepting the commission, head to the left side of Sixth Street, past Turbo Remodeling Shop. Billy can be found watching something in the oncoming traffic.
After seeing the Sixth Street Motor Legend, Billy is eager to confirm more details about the it. Wait for his news the next day.
Once the new day starts, head outside Random Play, where Billy will be waiting for you. Together, he wants to ask Enzo about the legend.
After arriving outside Turbo Remodeling Shop, talk to Billy again.
There is no special dialogue for this commission, and your choices in your conversation with Billy don't matter as all will increase trust.
Completing Upgrade - Crimson Nightmare will upgrade Billy's trust level from Friendly to Close.
