Progress Time to Midnight
To get the Bangboo for this medal to appear, progress the in-game time to Midnight. You can do this by re-doing easy Commissions, farming in the HIA's VR Device, engaging in the challenges at Scott Outpost, or resting.
Head to Howl's News Stand
From the Fast Travel Menu, go to Sixth Street and select the Howl's News Stand option.
Speak with One-Dennyboo
Speak with One-Dennyboo to learn about its problems and complete this Mewmew Medal Challenge!
Note: You might have to clear nearby NPC quests first before One-Dennyboo appears in this location.

Progress Time to Afternoon
Progress the in-game time to Afternoon in order to meet the conditions for this medal challenge. You can do this by re-doing easy Commissions, farming in the HIA's VR Device, engaging in the challenges at Scott Outpost, or resting.
Head to the Raised Platform Area
Teleport to the Brant Street Construction Site and head to the corner with a raised platform. Challenger Bangboo will be on a yellow cargo container connected to the platform.

Talk to Challenger Bangboo and accept its request for a duel to get this medal!

Head to Coff Cafe's Second Floor
Fast Travel to the Coff Cafe store at Lumina Square, and go up to its second floor for the riverside viewing spot. Anxietyboo is the Boollseye facing the river in the corner of the viewing area.
Speak with Anxietyboo
Talk to Anxietyboo to mark the end of this Mewmew Challenge for Lumina Square and get this medal!

Go to the Benches in the Plaza Walkway
Upon teleporting to the Ballet Twins Road beside Officer Mewmew, go up to the Plaza Walkway and check the benches to the right of the overlook. You should see three Candidateboos.
Speak to the Candidateboos
Simply speak to the Candidateboos and join in on their conversation to complete the request!
