Go to the Benches in the Plaza Walkway

Upon teleporting to the Ballet Twins Road beside Officer Mewmew, go up to the Plaza Walkway and check the benches to the right of the overlook. You should see three Candidateboos.

Speak to the Candidateboos

Simply speak to the Candidateboos and join in on their conversation to complete the request!
