    probably some changes/updates on reload version or info wrong. I had +3 notes from the last rank 9-10 on the 2nd query 2nd choice. Either way, you will still get the social link rank up as long you follow, i didnt meet much problem maxing out kenji's social link though for Yuko i had to prog it twice without progress even with or without an arcana.
