You can find Ravenous Hunter's domain in Monolith of Greed, more specifically in the location indicated on the map above!
Prior to taking on Ravenous Hunter, you will fight its doppleganger version in a preceding quest. Do note that these are different boss fights where the doppleganger version serves as an introduction to the actual boss.
The fight with the doppleganger lets you preview its attacks and plan how to take on the actual boss in the Monolith.
You can fight Ravenous Hunter by heading to the Monolith of Greed in the Dayton Wetlands during the Welcome Back quest. Enter the building and interact with the Rift Beacon to select which difficulty you wish to play on.
After defeating Ravenous Hunter, you may return to its location and fight it once again either at the same difficulty or at higher ones. Do note that you will need to meet the required levels in order to fight it at higher difficulties.

How to Beat Ravenous Hunter |

Ravenous Hunter's weak spot is its head and attacking it allows you to deal damage more efficiently than attacking any other part of its body. Focus your attacks on this to quickly deplete its health bar.
Upon depleting the second and fourth health bars from Ravenous Hunter, it teleports away from the battlefield and becomes immune to your attacks.. At this point, it will generate Spawners in the area that will create Gnawers which will attack you.
Destroy both Spawners to get Ravenous Hunter back in the fighting area and remove its immunity. Destroying the Spawners will also instantly cause any Gnawers in the area to disappear.
In addition to your weapons, there are oil drums in the area you can use to deal damage to preserve your ammo. Interact with these and throw them to deal a big chunk of damage to either Ravenous Hunter or to Spawners.
Ravenous Hunter's primary attack will be with the gatling gun on its arm. While this can quickly drain your health, you can easily avoid this by hiding behind the structures in the area. You can wait out the attack and once the gatling gun overheats, you can peek and start attacking.
Ravenous Hunter has two rocket attacks with the first being a projectile attack. This attack is fairly easy to dodge as you can simply hide behind the structures in the area.
The other rocket attack can be more tricky to dodge as it is launched upwards into an area. To dodge this, observe the direction of the rocket and then roll out of the way before it lands. You can also see where it will land by observing the red circle on the floor.
Another attack Ravenous Hunter has is where it spits out acid in various directions. You can anticipate this attack as it bites its left arm before spitting the acid. The acid lingers for a few seconds so be mindful of the area after dodging the attack.
