Enemies are stronger during bad weather. While they do give you higher EXP points, in return you will not receive the extra turn when the player strikes an enemy weaknesses. This makes it harder to defeat enemies in dungeons.
Since bad weather causes tougher enemy spawns, dungeon crawls during this time is a good method to farm EXP! Be sure to take advantage of the weather to level up faster by earning more EXP from stronger enemies.
The MAG broker will let you know that MAG is more dense when the weather is bad, and that he'll pay more during this time.
Make sure to take into account the weather before Exchanging your MAG to get your moneys worth!
