With an appearance that differs greatly from other tribes, it's not uncommon for eugiefs to be discriminated against—and it seems Heismay is no exception, his past his own burden to bear.

How to Unlock Heismay
Progress to Reach 07/04
You can unlock Heismay and his bond naturally by progressing to 07/04. This happens specifically after defeating Heismay twice in the Giant Sandworm's Nest, as you advance The Old Castle Town Kidnapper side quest.

| Ashen Meteorite Bracelet | Enhancement: A luminescent piece of augite. Parents give these to children to light their way in the dark. +5 Agility when channelling the Thief Lineage. |
The protagonist can receive the Ashen Meteorite Bracelet from Heismay during the final free time of the game. Do note that this can only be obtained by ranking Heismay up to 8, so be sure to spend time with him as much as possible!
