Accept The Fiend in the Frozen Forest
Before you do this quest, you'll first need to reach Altabury and accept The Fiend in the Frozen Forest. This will unlock the dungeon that contains the Relic you'll need on the map.
The Fiend in the Frozen Forest Quest Guide
Travel to Everfrost Forest
When you're ready, head to the Gauntlet Runner and Travel to Everfrost Forest. Remember to purchase Information from the Informant in Altabury's Tavern so you can learn about the weaknesses of the enemies and boss inside.
Find the Relic
Once you're there, head into the dungeon to find the Relic. It can be found inside a chest to the east, and you can tell when it's the Relic since it's the only treasure chest in the whole forest.

Clear the Dungeon and Defeat the Boss
While you're here, you'll also want to defeat the Icebeast Chimenzahn so that you can complete The Fiend in the Frozen Forest at the same time. As a note, it will be fought alongside a Montarian Spear Soldier so prepare accordingly.
Talk to Neuras
As usual, to complete this quest, you'll need to talk to Neuras. Once that's done, you'll get your rewards and automatically accept the next quest, Relic Search: A Dream’s Origin.
