Together with the fairy, Gallica, he embarks on a journey to lift the deadly curse placed on his childhood friend, the prince of Euchronia. He is a boy of the elda tribe, branded as a “tainted” people by the state religion who believe they have inherited dangerous and heretical magic. Being so rare among the populous, they are detested and discriminated against throughout the kingdom.

She is also tremendously popular outside the kingdom. Her cohabitation with Louis leads many to suspect they are lovers, though in reality, she's more of an adjutant.

Euphausia Etoreika. A young mustari woman revered as the sacred priestess in the mustari village on Virga Island. Though mustari are naturally adept at magic, her senses are especially keen in that her third eye allows her to clearly perceive the flow of magla.

He comes from a noble, highly respected family with a stately mission in Grand Trad, but as he shows absolutely no interest in social status or family prestige, he is dismissed by his family as an unmanageable oddball.

For this reason, he is sometimes criticized by senior officials for destroying tradition.

Are All Characters Playable?
Characters with Archetypes are Playable
Only characters with Archetypes are playable in Metaphor: ReFantazio. Some characters can join the battle, but they won't be controllable until they unlock their initial Archetypes.
Other Characters Serve as Followers
Other characters, such as More, will not join you in combat but will serve only as followers. Like Social Links and Confidants from the Persona series, you can bond with these followers to strengthen your Archetypes and even unlock more tiers as you spend more time with them!
